From July 15 to 17, 2026, staff from the Data Protection Office (DPO) Rwanda conducted a study visit to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) in Kenya. The mission focused on exchanging best practices, strengthening institutional collaboration and enhancing data privacy frameworks in both nations.
The engagement successfully reaffirmed both countries' commitment to robust, cross-border data protection through shared learning. By building stronger regional partnerships, both institutions solidified their cooperation to safeguard data privacy across the region.
